Business Exchange Specialists, LLC principal, Fred Phillips, has been fully active in business sales for over 25 years.    Fred holds a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).   He holds a B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering (Montana State University – 1981).  Fred has successfully completed several hundred business sales or acquisitions, primarily in the central U.S. region.   These transactions have been broad, consisting of manufacturing, distribution, energy, medical / health, service, retail, food service, and other miscellaneous industries.
